U.S. Bank helps to rebuild Joplin with financing for 1502 Michigan Place: Dow Jones Market Watch

October 25, 2011 - U.S. Bank will partner with Dominium in the renovation of 1502 Michigan Place, formally known as Oak Meadows Apartments. Renovations are projected to be finished by April of 2012 with some buildings to be ready for occupancy by February 2012. The 138 unit property will be available to families that make less than $28,860 a year for a family of four, or about 60 percent of the area medium income.
