Dominium Regional Manager Awarded by St. Louis Apartment Association

MAY 7, 2012 – Dominium, a leading apartment development and management company based in Plymouth, Minnesota, is proud to announce St. Louis regional manager, Shawna Lipp, was recognized for her outstanding property management skills at the annual 2012 St. Louis Apartment Association’s Rising Star awards banquet. Lipp was named ‘Supervisor of the Year for Under 1500 Units’ for her continued successful performance overseeing Dominium’s St. Louis portfolio.

Lipp brings several years of property management experience to her role, having previously served as regional manager for Flournoy Properties in the Texas and Oklahoma area. Lipp is currently responsible for the training and performance of six properties and teams in St. Louis and Hutchinson, Kansas.
