Dominium Announces Grand Re-Opening of Seven Palms
The developer completed over $9 Million in rehabilitation of the Punta Gorda, Florida property
Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced today the grand re-opening of Seven Palms, a 336-unit affordable housing development in Punta Gorda, Fla. The property underwent a $9 Million renovation and has updated interior and exterior amenities.
Seven Palms offers reimagined one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Upgrades to individual apartments include new windows in all buildings, new HVAC integration, new ADA units, and new granite countertops in all homes. Other upgrades include new fencing surrounding the property, a new splash pad, new landscaping, new seal coating and striping of all parking and a new storage shed. All buildings were updated with a fresh coat of paint.
“The renovations have given a new life to Seven Palms,” said Mark Sween, vice president and project partner at Dominium. “The updates make this a great place for Seven Palms residents to call home and provide stable, safe, quality affordable housing to the Punta Gorda community.”
Seven Palms is near several dining and entertainment options, as well as across the street from Charlotte High School and Punta Gorda Middle School.
