Dominium Hires Nadine Rutherford as Regional Manager for Atlanta Portfolio

MAY 15, 2012 – Dominium, a leading apartment development and management company, today announced Nadine Rutherford has been named Regional Manager for its properties in the Atlanta region. Nadine will join the Dominium team in its Atlanta regional office. In this position, she will be responsible for establishing good communications with residents, resolving issues in a timely manner and monitor staff performances and provide counseling when needed. Nadine will oversee all financial and management operations for her assigned properties.

She brings thirteen years of property management experience to her new role, having previous positions as a property manager, compliance specialist and regional director at commercial real estate companies in California and Georgia.

Nadine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from California State University at Fullerton. She also obtains HCCP, EPA and CPO certifications and is currently a candidate for CAPS. Originally from Southern California, she now resides in Atlanta. In her free time, Nadine enjoys reading, gardening, dancing and learning new things.
