Community Sees Vast Improvement at River Run Housing Complex

May 29, 2012 - Dominium, a leading apartment development and management company, has been recognized by the city of Elkhart, Indiana for transforming a local affordable housing complex, River Run Apartments, into a safe, comfortable environment for the entire community. The management team, led by Barb Woodcox, has recently made major improvements to both the physical complex and to the community itself. In addition, River Run will undergo additional renovations in the near future, which will further increase the value and atmosphere of the entire complex.

“The number of two-car response calls (higher level domestic disturbances, fights and warrant attempts) are down by 15 percent from 2010,” said Armand Brachman, managing partner at Dominium. “Each resident and member of the community has benefited from the hard work of the River Run management team. We thank them for transforming this housing complex into a wonderful place to live.”

Elkhart Mayor Dick Moore will speak at the monthly resident meeting on May 30, along with representatives from the Dominium management and the city of Elkhart (see full list below), discussing the recent improvements and how they have drastically benefited the community as a whole. This meeting will also discuss the upcoming renovation plans.
