South Sioux City’s Riverfront Apartment’s residents allowed back into homes: Sioux City Journal

June 22, 2011 - After being evacuated due to rising water levels, Dominium’s Iowa based, Riverfront property residents were finally allowed to return to their homes. There were approximately 33 apartments and 47 townhomes that were evacuated.

Jeff Buris, a regional manager for Dominium Management explained, "We're going to open the property back up on Friday, and we also are issuing refund checks to all of our
Residents for their portion of the rent from the 13th to the end of June,” Buris went on to explain that he still has some concerns regarding the state of the flood. "We also had big concerns about drains backing up onto the ground floors and also we knew Riverview Drive would take on water before us and that was our only access," he said.
