Dominium was negotiating to purchase an undeveloped property off County Road E, according to representative Nick Andersen. That deal appears to recently have fallen through, but the company will be looking for an alternate site in the same area, he said. It's an ideal area in which to build income-restricted senior housing because of the high population of seniors with limited incomes currently living in the vicinity, Andersen said.
