April 25, 2011 - Within the current economic climate, there is a rise in property taxes, yet property values are consistently shrinking. Jon Segner, president and COO of Dominium explains that property taxes make up the single largest portion of operating expenses on the company's Minnesota portfolio of apartment buildings.
“In this climate, Dominium and other property owners are forced to absorb those higher expenses,” explained Segner.
