Dominium Hires Tim Lindvig as Asset Analyst

March 20, 2012 – Dominium, a leading apartment development and management company, announced today that it has added Tim Lindvig to the asset management team in its corporate office in Plymouth, Minn. In this role, Lindvig will be responsible for working closely with the asset management department to execute set goals and objectives, aid in the analysis of future acquisitions and dispositions, and review and analyze property operation of the entire owned portfolio.

Tim will be a valuable team member to the asset management team with his previous experience as a business analyst intern for Target Corporation. His hire was effective Mar. 6.

Lindvig holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, Investments and Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Originally from Tomah, Wis., he currently resides in Minneapolis, Minn.
