Grand arts academy near opening: St. Louis Dispatch
August 8, 2011 - Along with the many new properties that will be opening in the Grand Center area in St. Louis, Dominium has purchased the Metropolitan building, which is currently under construction. Dominium also owns The Leather Trades Artists lofts which is also located in the downtown area of St. Louis, and has just undergone renovations. It is now open to the public.
