October 24, 2011 - The Minneapolis Buzza Building will see new life as Dominium plans to purchase the historic building, once home to a greeting card company, military recruitment station and adult education center. Dominium plans on creating a 137 unit apartment complex that will house one-bedroom apartment homes that will include in-unit laundry.
The Minneapolis City Counsel has pushed this project forward by approving $28 million in tax-exempt multi-family housing revenue bonds which will be used for the renovations of the building.
