Dominium Acquires Woodland Park Apartments

Minneapolis July 5th, 2011 — Dominium Development and Acquisition, LLC, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Woodland Park Apartments, a 90-unit apartment complex providing affordable housing in Anoka, Minn.

Originally built in 1993, Woodland Park Apartments is undergoing a rehabilitation project that preserves and enhances the quality of affordable housing in the greater Anoka community. Updates include the addition of a new clubhouse with community room, additional handicap accessible units, as well as interior and exterior improvements. The clubhouse features a gathering space, kitchen, exercise room and leasing office. Interior improvements include new entry doors, kitchen and bathroom flooring, kitchen appliances, bathroom accessories, carpeting, paint and light fixtures. Exterior enhancements include all new exterior windows and exterior doors with an updated security access system, reconditioned patio decks and new garage doors.
