Dominium, a leading affordable housing owner, developer and manager is proud to congratulate Senior Managing Partner Paul Sween on being recognized as the Industry Leader Awardee at the NHP Foundation 2024 Symposium.
Sween’s dedication and vision have not only guided Dominium’s growth but have also left a lasting mark on the affordable housing industry, cementing both his and Dominium’s roles as an industry leader. This award is a testament to the passion and vision Paul has brought to Dominium and the industry.
“Receiving this award is a great honor because the NHP has long dedicated itself to the preservation of affordable housing in the United States, a cause we at Dominium have in common,” Sween said. “I have dedicated much of my life to this cause as well, and I hope to continue helping families in need for as long as I can.”
The NHP Foundation is committed to building sustainable affordable housing and inclusive communities for the future. This year’s symposium celebrated the ongoing efforts to adapt affordable housing to meet today’s evolving challenges.
