Dominium Recognized for Excellence in Community Support and Management
Dominium was honored with six awards at the Minnesota Multi Housing Association’s 22nd Annual Multi Housing Achievement in Design, Advertising and Community Support (MADACS) awards, including Property Excellence: Best New Development – Affordable.
The MADACS awards set out to recognize owners and associates who have made significant contributions to multi housing marketing and management through exemplary achievements.

We know that the MADACS awards are the most prestigious awards in our field in Minnesota and we’re thrilled at the recognition of the quality of our developments,” said Jack Sipes, partner and senior vice president of property management for Dominium. “We are particularly proud to have been recognized for BRIDGE, our charitable outreach program that supports each of our employees as they volunteer at places that are important to them.
