Dominium Promotes Meg Tibbs as Director of Operations
Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced today that it has promoted Meg Tibbs as Director of Operations in Property Management.
Prior to her promotion, Tibbs worked as the Senior Operations Training Specialist for ten months.
In her new role, Tibbs is responsible for leading the operations team by providing support to property sites through training, communication, policy management and project implementation.
“Meg has been outstanding in all manners at Dominium - as a leader, as an expert in apartment operations, as a trainer and mentor, and as a cultural example,” says Jack Sipes, Partner and Senior Vice President, “It is fun to promote from within, but it was magnificent to promote Meg!”
In addition to these new responsibilities, she will continue to oversee career development and training programs.
Tibbs began her career at Dominium in 2007 as a Concierge. Since, she has spent 13 years working as a Leasing Consultant, Assistant Manager, Community Manager, Multi-Site Community Manager and Operations Training Specialist at the company.
This fall, Tibbs won best Corporate Support Staff at the Minnesota Multi-Housing Industry Awards (MADACS).
