Dominium Promotes James Riley as a Development Analyst
Dominium announced today that it has promoted James Riley to a Development Analyst in its home office in Plymouth, Minn.
Previously, Riley was a Development Intern at Dominium. In this new role he will underwrite new construction and acquisition projects, assist in the due diligence process as a project progresses toward closing and coordinate the disbursement of construction funds.
He graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Real Estate Studies and Finance. Originally, from Inver Grove Heights, Minn., Riley currently lives in Maple Grove, Minn.
