Dominium promotes Chris Osmondson

MINNEAPOLIS – June, 2011 – Dominium announced today that it has promoted Chris Osmundson
to staff associate at its corporate office. In this role, Osmundson will assist with new project development,
acquisition and financing.

Previously, Osmundson held the position of asset analyst with the company, where he aided in the
analysis of capital events relating to the Dominium-owned portfolio and other owned-portfolio analyses.
His new duties will include analyzing the financial feasibility of new development and acquisition
opportunities, in addition to preparing financing and equity packages and applications. The promotion
became effective June 1.

Osmundson holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is a
member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association. Originally from Eden Prairie, Minn.,
Osmundson now lives in Minneapolis.
