Dominium promotes Andrew Larson

MINNEAPOLIS – June, 2011 – Dominium announced today that it has promoted Andrew Larson
to asset analyst. In this role, Larson will be responsible for compiling and distributing financial statements
and updating monthly financial and performance related reports, in addition to providing general
department support.

Previously, Larson was an executive assistant at The Lyric at Carleton Place, where he was responsible
for apartment tours and leasing, community outreach, resident services, market research and
administrative assistance. The promotion became effective June 1.

Larson holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is currently
pursuing a master’s degree at the University of Saint Thomas. Originally from Stillwater, Minn., Larson
now lives in Minneapolis.
