Dominium Presents Workforce Housing Plan in Minnetonka

The city of Minnetonka is hoping a 482-unit workforce and affordable apartment project Dominium is planning next to a future light rail transit station will lure people working in the city to live in the city. Plymouth-based Dominium is the latest developer to try its hand at apartments in Minnetonka’s Opus II business park.
