Dominium Plans Workforce Housing Near Green Line
Dominium is working on two new projects along the Green Line light rail system in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. We will begin construction next spring on Union Flats, an affordable housing project offering 216 units of workforce housing. We are also working on a 600-unit affordable housing project less than a mile from Union Flats. These two developments will provide much-needed affordable housing to the community.
