Dominium May Fill Affordable Housing Gap At Pentagon Park

The Plymouth-based developer wants to build about 100 affordable apartments at 4820 77th St. W., currently a two-story office building on the northwest side of Pentagon Park. The 1960s-era office complex is being redeveloped under a master plan by Pentagon Revival LLC, an entity tied to Minneapolis-based Hillcrest Development.
