Dominium Hires Ted Goltzman as a Development Analyst
Dominium announced today that it has hired Ted Goltzman as a Development Analyst in its home office in Plymouth, Minn.
In this role, Goltzman will be underwriting potential new construction, acquisitions, and rehabilitation LIHTC deals. He will also be researching potential project areas.
Previously, Goltzman was a summer analyst with Värdre Partners, a hedge fun in downtown Minneapolis, Minn. He graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate.
Goltzman currently lives in Edina, Minn., He plans to run the Twin Cities Marathon in October and plays lacrosse in his free time.
