Dominium Hires Sean Goodemote as Specification Writer and Quality Control

Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced hiring Sean Goodemote as a Specification Writer and Quality Control in its home office in Plymouth, Minn. He joined Dominium in May of 2019.

In this new role, Goodemote will be working with the DCAS team. His responsibilities will entail working with the internal Architecture team to review plans and prepare specifications as well as assist the head of quality control with quality assurance processes and design standards.

Goodemote comes to Dominium from a previous position as a Project Manager and Architectural Designer involved with the development of over 50 projects throughout central Florida.

Graduated from the University of Florida with his Bachelor of Design, Goodemote continued to the University of Michigan to complete his Master of Architecture. He is a State of Florida licensed architect and has received an NCARB certificate.

Originally from Lakeland Florida, Goodemote now resides in St. Louis Park, MN.
