Dominium Hires Nick Gonion as a Corporate Analyst

Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced that it has hired Nick Gonion as a Corporate Analyst in its home office in Plymouth, Minn. He joined Dominium in December of 2018.

In this new role, Gonion will be working with the Corporate Services department to execute team goals and objectives. In addition, he will be responsible for preparing advanced discounted cash flow models incorporating partners’ after-tax position of future refinance or sale transactions. Gonion will also be working on detailed reports on the property holdings of the enterprise, as well as assisting with the execution and maintenance of estate planning strategies for owners.

Before Dominium, Gonion held positions as a Research Intern for Cushman & Wakefield and a Content Specialist for SportsEngine.

Gonion has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a minor in Mass Communications from the University of Minnesota. While receiving his college degree, he stayed involved with the Economic Student Organization.

Gonion is originally from White Bear Lake, MN., and currently lives in Chisago City, MN.
