Dominium Hires Mallori Greenidge as a Senior Marketing Analyst
Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced hiring Mallori Greenidge as a Senior Marketing Analyst. She joined Dominium in May of 2019.
In this new role, Greenidge will be working within the Portfolio Marketing team. Her primary responsibilities will be to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns in support of our portfolio of apartment communities. This position will focus on creating the ideal user experience for prospects across all digital channels and properties.
Greenidge comes to Dominium from her previous role as an Assistant Community Manager for student housing with Greystar. She trained staff on leasing and customer service techniques; analyzed market survey data to establish rates and specials; strategized and implemented marketing campaigns using social media, email and other marketing tools; maintained online reputation; evaluated resident feedback to maintain resident satisfaction.
Greenidge graduated from the University of Central Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.
She is originally from Jacksonville, Florida and currently resides in Orlando.
