Dominium Hires Kaitlyn Tveit as a Development Analyst

Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced hiring Kaitlyn Tveit as a Development Analyst in its home office in Plymouth, Minn. She joined Dominium in January of 2019 as an intern and was hired full time in June.

In this new role, Tveit will be working within the Development team. Her responsibilities will entail evaluating the physical product and operations of a portfolio of apartment communities to maximize their long-term value. Tveit will also prepare and communicate property plans for refinancing, sale, or re-syndication.

Tveit comes to Dominium from a previous position as a Residential Intern at Minneapolis and St. Cloud Assessor's Offices.

Graduated from St. Cloud State University, Tveit earned her degrees in both Finance and Real Estate.

Tveit is originally from Aitkin, Minnesota and currently lives in St. Cloud.
