Dominium Hires James Anastos as Vice President of Property Management

Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced today that it has hired James Anastos as Vice President of Property Management.

Anastos will be based in Orlando, Fla., where he will manage Dominium’s eight market-rate properties, as well as any other market rate properties Dominium adds to its portfolio. James has spent the last 15 years managing predominantly market rate apartments.

Anastos has extensive experience in the industry and has previously managed properties for American Residential Communities, Aimco, and Interstate Hotels and Resorts. Most recently, he managed a mixed portfolio of existing assets and mixed-use communities for Northland Investment Corporation. Anastos received a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Niagara University.
