Dominium Hires Jaime Avery as a Senior Asset Manager

Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced hiring Jaime Avery as a Senior Asset Manager in its home office in Plymouth, Minn. She joined Dominium in May of 2019.

In this new role, Avery will be working with the Asset Management team. Her responsibilities will entail evaluating the physical product and operations of a diverse portfolio of apartment communities. Avery will review and prepare reports for ownership to include financial, physical and operational performance monitoring while providing action plans and goals.

Avery comes to Dominium with 20+ years in affordable housing asset management experience overseeing mixed-use/mixed income properties. She spent16 years in asset management with affordable housing syndicators NEF & Alliant and 5+ years in asset management with affordable housing developers.

Graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona State University, Avery continued on to complete her master’s at Arizona State University. She is an Executive National Compliance Professional.

Avery is originally from Tucson, Arizona and still resides there today.
