Dominium Hires Jack Dritz as a Development Analyst

Dominium announced today that it has hired Jack Dritz as a Development Analyst in its home office in Plymouth, Minn.

In this role, Drtiz will analyze the feasibility of multifamily housing developments and acquisitions through financial modeling, underwriting and due diligence execution. He will also ensure efficient execution of these developments through project management, construction administration, and preparation and coordination of financing and equity packages.

Previously, Dritz was a Capital Markets Intern at Ryan Companies in Minneapolis, Minn. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. He is also a part of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.

Dritz is from Chanhassen, Minn., currently living in Minneapolis, Minn. When he is not working he enjoys traveling, golfing and skiing.
