Dominium Hires Henry Houden as a Development Analyst
Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced that it has hired Henry Houden as a Development Analyst in its home office in Plymouth, Minn. He joined Dominium in June of 2019.
In this new role, Houden will be responsible for assisting Project Partners & Developers with new project development, acquisition and financing.
Prior to Dominium, Houden held a position as the Development Intern with Palisade Properties and H Family Office.
Houden obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate, Urban Economics and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Additionally, he is associated with the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA) and the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Mentorship Program.
Houden is originally from Madison, WI, and currently resides in Minneapolis, MN.
