Dominium Hires Gabe Cooper as an IT Service Desk Supervisor

Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced that it has hired Gabe Cooper as an IT Service Desk Supervisor. He joined Dominium in April of 2019.

In this new role, Cooper will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of customer service by providing IT support to employees and by supervising the Service Desk and its staff. Additionally, he will be responsible for prioritizing work, maintaining coverage, ensuring defined service level agreements are kept and engaging our customer base to ensure satisfaction.

Prior to Dominium, Cooper has held positions as Technical Support Engineer at Spok Inc., and a Network Administrator at Milwaukee School of Engineering University.

Cooper has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Milwaukee School of Engineering University.

Cooper is originally from Milwaukee, WI, and currently resides in Maple Grove, MN.
