Dominium Hires Eric Pogue as Director of Maintenance and Purchasing

Dominium announced that it hired Eric Pogue as Director of Maintenance and Purchasing.

In his new role, Pogue will oversee all property management maintenance programs in support of the property operations team. He will also be involved in strategic planning for the maintenance teams and programs and oversee the regional maintenance manager program and team.

Previous positions Pogue has held include Vice President of Construction and Maintenance for U.S. Residential Group, National Director of Maintenance for the U.S. Residential Group, and Ower/Vice President of ReBuild It, Inc.  Pogue is a licensed Master Electrician and a Nationally Certified Pool Operator.

Pogue is originally from Chambersburg, Pa., currently lives in Elizabethtown, Pa., and will be relocating to Sarasota Fl., where he previously lived for 10 years. He is looking forward to the relocation because he has two children in Sarasota. Pogue is an avid camping enthusiast.
