Dominium Hires Drew Bryan

MINNEAPOLIS – June, 2011 – Dominium announced today that it has hired Drew Bryan as an
asset analyst at its corporate office. In this role, Bryan will be responsible for supporting the asset
management department.

Day-to-day duties of the position include compiling and distributing financial statements, and updating
financial and performance data on Dominium properties. Previously, Bryan worked as a personal banker
at US Bank and as a purchase clearing analyst at Tempforce. His hire became effective June 1.

Bryan has a bachelor degree in economics from Saint John’s University in Collegeville, Minn. Originally
from Eden Prairie, Minn., he now resides in St. Louis Park, Minn.
