Dominium Hires Blaine Barker as a Development Analyst

Dominium announced today that it has hired Blaine Barker as a Development Analyst. 

In this role, Barker will be underwriting new multifamily development and acquisition opportunities, securing financing for new acquisitions and developments, and aiding with projects throughout construction.

Before Dominium, Barker was a Development Intern at Raymond Management Company. There, he underwrote potential hotel developments, researched markets to find new development opportunities, and aided in punch list processes for hotels under construction.

Barker graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance. Barker is originally from Madison, Wisconsin. He now lives in St. Paul, Minn.
