Dominium announced today that it has completed construction of The Legends of Columbia Heights, a 191-unit senior affordable housing development in Columbia Heights, Minn.

The project includes one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes and is available solely for seniors. There are various floor plans available to prospective residents and each include full appliance packages with in-home washers and dryers. Both surface and underground parking are also available.
