Dominium Closes on Crest Ridge Office Space in Minnetonka
The affordable housing developer’s continued growth requires new, larger space
Dominium closed on the acquisition of an office building in Minnetonka, Minnesota. The business is moving its corporate office to Crest Ridge, a larger space to accommodate for its growing number of employees and to facilitate future growth. The building was formerly occupied by Syngenta Seeds.
Dominium closed on the office on December 27th and will begin renovating the building in early 2020. Preliminary plans indicate that Dominium will occupy approximately half of the 120,000 square foot building with the remainder of the building available for lease. Crest Ridge is located on seven acres of land with walking trails and scenic views with convenient access to interstate 394 and highway 169. The building was constructed in 2009 and achieved LEED Gold Certification.
Dominium’s strategic plan for the next five years has a heavy focus on growth, and this new corporate office will allow for its employees to thrive. Currently, Dominium employs over 1,200 individuals, including over 200 in the corporate office.
“We are excited to move our headquarters to the Crest Ridge building,” said Paul Sween, Managing Partner of Dominium. “The building’s location, amenities and space are an ideal fit for our growing business. This move marks a continued commitment to affordable housing as we start our 48th year in business. I’m excited about this next chapter in Dominium’s history.”
