Dominium Celebrates 40 Years of Ownership of Duluth Apartment Complex

Pennel Park Commons was one of the original properties developed by Dominium’s founders

Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment development and management company, is celebrating 40 years of owning the 101-unit Pennel Park Commons in Duluth, Minn. Pennel Park was one of the original properties developed and built by Dominium’s founding partners David Brierton and Jack Safar.

The land where Pennel Park would eventually be constructed, was acquired 40 years ago, in 1977. The property exemplifies the dedication to the communities the company serves and the vision David and Jack had for the company when it began nearly 45 years ago. It also reinforces Dominium’s well-established commitment to creating long-term value.
