Dominium Adds David Dougherty as Human Resource Assistant

MINNEAPOLIS – Jan. 11, 2012 – Dominium, a leading apartment development and management company, announced today that it has promoted David Dougherty to human resource assistant at its corporate office in Plymouth, Minn. In this role, Dougherty will be responsible for day-to-day human resource tasks, including internal and external data reporting and payroll operations.

Previously, Dougherty was a human resource intern, where he was responsible for recruiting and pre-hire procedures.

Dougherty recently earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources at the University of Minnesota, Duluth. He has also been an active member of the National Society of Human Resource Management since 2009. He currently resides in his hometown of Apple Valley, Minn.
