Developers seek community feedback on living spaces for artists in former Schmidt Brewery and Pillsbury A-Mill: Twin Cities Daily Planet

January 12, 2012 - With the impending renovations of both The Schmidt Brewery and Pillsbury A. Mill, Dominium along with PLACE, a nonprofit agency, held a community meeting at the Mill City Museum to gauge feedback on the two projects from Minneapolis community members.

Approximately 30 community members joined Dominium Senior Developer, Owen Metz, in his presentation of a new online survey. Metz also took questions from community members, many of which revolved around the proposed buildings section 42 status.

Metz explained that at this point in time they're "more interested in what people share about how they're going to use the space, and not so much what it will look like at the end of the day."
