Cottage Grove Senior Living Project Moves Forward

“It’s not an uncommon thing we’re doing, in fact quite frequent in local government,” council member Justin Olsen said. “There’s quite a significant benefit for us with the end-user [Dominium] to make this work. I think it’s gonna be a really, really awesome project for the community as a whole.”
