Dominium Begins Construction of The Bluffs at Liberty Glen

Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced today that it has begun construction on The Bluffs at Liberty Glen, a 144-unit and 36 townhome affordable housing community in St. Cloud, Minn.

Dominium began construction of the affordable housing community in October. The Bluffs at Liberty Glen will feature spacious common areas with high-end finishes. The first-floor common areas will include a large clubroom with adjoining game room, fitness center, and theater. The lobby boasts beautiful forested views overlooking the Mississippi River Valley.

The Bluffs at Liberty Glen’s exterior amenities will include an expansive outdoor patio with a grilling area, gas fire pit, multiple lounging areas, and a beautifully furnished pool area. The site will also feature two playgrounds, with each playground designed to meet the needs of a variety of ages of children. A large play field will be located on the northeast corner of the site for residents to play sports and other outdoor activities. In close proximity to the Bluffs at Liberty Glen are more than 40 acres of greenspace along the Mississippi River with walking trails, allowing residents to enjoy nature while living less than 10 minutes from downtown St. Cloud.
