Artists Lofts Planned for Metropolitan Building: West End Word

November 16, 2011 - Dominium is onto its newest project, the Metropolitan Building in St. Louis, currently under renovation. Dominium plans to turn the historic building into a 72 one and two bedroom apartment community geared toward artists, similar to the Leather Trades Artist Lofts also owned by Dominium and located in St. Louis.

"This is a complete, gut-rehab," Vice President and Project Partner, Jeff Huggett said. "It's a 100 year-old office building so every single square-inch will get touched."

This property will also have a small part of the building dedicated to commercial lease.
