$20M artist colony envisioned for Over-the-Rhine: Business Courier
April 29, 2011 - Dominium is planning on the rehabilitation of the historic Over-the-Rhine building located in Cincinnati. Dominium plans for this apartment complex to be geared toward artists.
“The project is in its early stages. It would encompass 100,000 square feet of warehouse space at 12th Street and Central Parkway,” said Chris Barnes, vice president and project partner with Plymouth, Minn.-based Dominium.
