Arcade Building Downtown Is Fully Occupied

The Arcade Building, opened to residents in December, held its official grand opening Tuesday and already is fully occupied.

All of the 16-story building's 282 apartments—80 market-rate units and 202 affordable artists' lofts—are leased, officials said. Webster University's expanded downtown campus occupies the building's first two floors.
