Dominium Welcomes Jeff Condit as Vice President of Property Management

The experienced property management executive will supervise Dominium’s portfolio of Texas properties

Dominium, a leading Minneapolis-based apartment owner, developer and manager, announced today that it has hired Jeff Condit as Vice President of Property Management.

Condit is based in Dallas, Texas and will manage Dominium’s 44 Texas properties, as well as other properties that Dominium adds to its portfolio in the state. Condit has spent the past 12 years in prestigious property management and operations positions.

“I am excited to contribute to Dominium by managing its properties in this important and growing market,” Condit said. “As Dominium continues its expansion into Texas, I am committed to effective management and smooth transitions as more properties are added to our portfolio.”

Condit, who is originally from Seminole, Texas, has a well-rounded resume including roles such as Chief Operating Officer at Foresight Asset Management, Regional Manager at United Apartment Group and Regional Vice President at The NRP Group, among others. Condit received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University; he is also included in professional affiliations including National Apartment Association (NAA) and Texas Apartment Association (TAA).
