Dominium Hires Zack Omar as a Property Accountant I

Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced hiring Zack Omar as a Property Accountant I in its home office in Plymouth, Minn. He joined Dominium in June of 2019.

In this role, Omar will be responsible for all day-to-day accounting activities of approximately 12-16 properties in his assigned portfolio. Additionally, he will be communicating regularly with staff, agencies and lenders for the success and profitability of each property.

Omar comes to Dominium with a history as a Tax Preparer for Tri-cap, a Staff Accountant for Catholic Charities of the Diocese and a Real Estate Accountant for CBRE.

Omar received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Saint Cloud State University. Omar is originally from Mombasa, Kenya, and currently lives in Shakopee, MN.
