Dominium Hires Troy Guelich as an Asset Manager

Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced hiring Troy Guelich as an Asset Manager. He joined Dominium in August of 2019.

In this role, Guelich will be responsible for evaluating the physical product and operations of a diverse portfolio of apartment communities consisting of luxury, affordable, tax credit and subsidized communities to maximize long-term value. Additionally, he will be reviewing and preparing report for ownership to include financial, physical and operational performance monitoring that clear identifies certain problems.

Coming to Dominium, Guelich brought years of experience working in Compliance for other affordable housing companies and worked in Asset Management roles.

Guelich holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Guelich is originally from Gilbert, AZ and currently resides in Phoenix, AZ.
