Dominium Hires Richard Taylor as an Operations Manager

Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced hiring Richard Taylor as an Operations Manager in its home office in Plymouth, Minn. He joined Dominium in July of 2019.

In this role, Taylor will be responsible for leading the self-perform construction team to insure project work is completed on schedule, within budget, while upholding quality standards.  Taylor will also ensure all internal and external stakeholders receive open and prompt communication of goals, objectives and timelines.  Additionally, he will provide team member development, inspiring commitment, support, coaching and mentoring to his team.

Coming to Dominium, Taylor provides years of experience in multi-family construction, with a focus of contract negotiation, project management and estimating.

Taylor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Ancell School of Business at Western Connecticut State University.

Taylor is originally from Dallas, TX and currently resides in Plymouth, MN.
