Dominium Hires Adam Armstrong as a Portfolio Analyst

Dominium, a Minneapolis-based leading apartment owner, developer and manager, announced hiring Adam Armstrong as a Portfolio Analyst in its home office in Plymouth, Minn. He joined Dominium in August of 2019.

Armstrong, on the behalf of ownership, will be responsible for evaluating the physical product and operations of a portfolio of apartment communities to maximize long-term value. Additionally, he will assist with significant events such as refinancing, sales or re-syndications and communicate these changes to property management.

Armstrong holds a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Management and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Studies from the University of St. Thomas. He is also a member of the Real Estate Alumni group at St. Thomas.

Armstrong is originally from Milwaukee, WI and currently resides in Minneapolis, MN.
