Dominium hires Patrick Grant as Director of Financial Operations

Dominium, a leading national affordable housing owner, developer, and manager announced today that it has hired Patrick Grant to fill the role of Director of Financial Operations.

As Director of Financial Operations, Grant will lead workstreams to identify impactful opportunities for operational improvements across Dominium’s financial operations. By partnering across the organization to understand current situations, Grant seeks to identify drivers for improvement, analyze root causes, redesign end-to-end processes, and assist in implementation and change management.

“As we continue to expand upon our Corporate Services department, it’s imperative that we bring on talented individuals such as Patrick to help ensure our operations are optimized to support this growing and dynamic business,” said Dominium Vice President of Financial Operations Tracy Bingen.

Prior to landing at Dominium, Grant served in numerous roles at Target Corporation within Accounting and Financial Planning and Analysis for over 10 years. Grant had a leadership role in Finance developing new analytics tools and improving financial forecasting.

Grant holds a Master of Business Administration from the Carlson School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from St. John's University; and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the State of Minnesota.
